The Fashion Digital is the leading fashion social media and content agency. Since our launch in 2016, we have built a client base that includes ASH, 7 For All Mankind, Madeleine Thompson and Rupert Sanderson, amongst others.

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team in our London Bridge office. Your role will be to support the team in their day-to-day activities, assisting with social media and copywriting duties across client accounts. Reporting into the Account Executive, you will work on content curation, copywriting, community management and reporting.

The perfect candidate will be super organised, highly motivated and a skilled writer. You will have a can-do attitude, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm. This is a great opportunity to work with major and boutique fashion brands within a small and agile team.

Actioning community management and engagement
Copywriting (social media, e-commerce and blog/email content)
Sourcing and curating imagery
Scheduling content
Posting social media and blog content (including out of office hours)
Gathering data for, and creating, weekly and monthly reports
Creating and managing content calendars
Managing invoices and expenses
Office admin and document housekeeping
Supporting on-set at shoots and events (including out of office hours)
Circulating social media news, trends and developments internally 
Regularly contributing to FashDigiDigest blog
Occasionally supporting Creative Director with shoot production

Essential skills
Immaculate organisation and attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of social media channels, namely Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
Flair for copywriting
Ability to balance a variety of projects at one time
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to comply with both simple and complex briefs
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (or Mac alternatives)
Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills
Knowledge and understanding of social media scheduling, native analytics suites and reporting tools
Proficiency at Adobe Photoshop
Ability to create GIFs and animations
Photography skills
Knowledge and understanding of social media trends and developments
Experience in digital marketing and content
A highly developed interest in fashion, music, culture and branding
Knowledge of (luxury) fashion brands and publications
Proficiency in using Google Docs, Gmail, etc.
